Made in one night in the JustaSound studio last November, Mr. DJ is music for in the dance in Uganda. You can definitely hear the vibe the team was in the night it was made with Zaeh and Natty bringing up the levels on the mics and Majestik busting out the 80s synth patches.

We've been sitting on this one for a while, partly to coincide with Natty's release (Soon.) but also for the team to perfect the technique - This was one of the first songs Majestik produced in Ableton Live, and he's been having lessons with Poros in recent months, getting used to the software and building skills in mixing and mastering alongside running the JustaWord Workshops and the Hip Hop Education Mouvement. He's also recently dipped his toe in creating radio show for our new online radio, JustaWhatRadio!?.

Speaking of the radio, the vibe that you feel in this song has been continued in both studio sessions and jams the team have been having - some of which are broadcast live on the radio (On the first Wednesday of the month, and the second and last Saturdays).

We're going to be having more releases from Majestik coming out on the label in the coming months - both as an artist and an educator and coordinator for the Hip Hop Education Mouvement.
